PLAY THE CFL ON PS3
Do you play Madden on PS3 and wish there was a
CFL Videogame you could play with your favorite CFL team and players?
Well, I made one!
Although this
isn’t an official CFL game, it’s the closest thing that exists to
one. I’m trying to use this game to attract the attention of the league
and the CFLPA, so please pass the word around. I’m not trying to make
money with this game, I’m trying to get a job at
the league offices! I’m hoping I can be part of the CFL development team
that will eventually create an official game one day. I’m just trying to
get my foot in the CFL offices door so I can blow their minds with my ideas!
This year,
Madden 09 on PS3 only offers generic logos. It does have better uniform detail and
amazing graphics which makes the players look great in their CFL uniforms. It’s still an NFL game so NFL
rules do apply, but I replaced each NFL team in franchise mode so you can
actually play your favorite CFL team for a decade against only CFL teams. I’ve been re-creating this CFL
game for over 5 years and created very complex math formulas to accurately rate
each CFL players attributes based on his performance and stats. I’ve
perfected the formulas and now have each CFL player rated on each CFL team.

Be sure to check
out Superstar mode where you can play, practice and train as your favorite
young CFL Superstar until you reach the Hall of Fame. Play as some of the top
Canadians in the league like Jesse Lumsden, Andy Fantuz and Etienne Boulay or
rookies of the year candidates Weston Dressler and Prechea
Rodriguez. Break-out year players like Cam Wake,

I’ll send you the saved teams, roster and franchise files you need in a
zip file. Unzip it and copy the PS3 folder to a USB memory stick and then to
your PS3 hard drive. Load Madden 09 and there you have it! Your own CFL
videogame!
If you
don’t own a PS3 and feel like you want to re-create this game like I did
for Xbox 360 or PC, well, I made the rosters available here for free so you can
create them yourself if you have over 60 hours to spend editing NFL players and
creating each team!

game will hopefully get the attention of the league and maybe we will all have
